Cody Starrett is a hospitality entrepreneur, owner, operator, and investor with 25+ years building and scaling high-impact venues, brands, and business platforms. From Las Vegas to Scottsdale and Miami, he has played an integral role in developing premier dining and entertainment concepts — including Hakkasan Nightclub, STK Steakhouse Scottsdale, Proteinhouse, and the strategic repositioning of BOA Steakhouse Scottsdale (opening fall 2026) — helping drive platforms generating eight-figure annual revenues.

Starrett holds a disciplined conviction: technology amplifies performance, but people are the product. His leadership is built on two pillars — employees and customers — treating labor as a driver of revenue and enterprise value, not a line item to be minimized.
